TICKET INFORMATION:

WELCOME CENTER & WILL CALL LOCATION AND HOURS:

888 E. TAHQUITZ CANYON WAY PALM SPRINGS (inside the Renaissance Hotel)
FRI - noon - 6pm SAT - 10am - 7pm SUN - 11am - 4pm

*WILL CALL is also available at the door of EACH event (1/2 hour before the doors open)

TICKETS & PASSES will be ON SALE at the Welcome Center beginning Friday April 25th and tickets to each event will be available AT THE DOOR of each event. WE DO NOT accept credit or debit cards for payment AT THE DOOR or AT THE WELCOME CENTER. Cash ONLY.

IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED TICKETS OR PASSES ONLINE AND NEED A COPY OF THE CONFIRMATION SIMPLY LOG IN HERE

TICKET TRANSFERS :

Ticket transfers must be processed no later than April 15, 2014. No exceptions.

If you have purchased tickets or passes and are not planning to attend you CAN transfer your tickets or weekend passes to someone else. To do so we must receive the following documents BEFORE APRIL 15, 2014.

  • A brief letter naming another person(s) signed by you authorizing your tickets to be picked up by another person (s)
  • A scanned copy of your VALID state issued I.D.
  • A scanned copy of the credit card (front & back) used to purchase the tickets.
Please email the above documentation to [email protected] before APRIL 15, 2014. Please be sure to put "WP TICKET TRANSFER REQUEST" in the subject line of your email. Once we receive your transfer request with the correct documents you will receive a reply by email confirming we received your request. No ticket transfers will be processed after APRIL 15, 2014.The person to whom you are transferring to must present a copy of your authorization letter OR a copy of the reply confirming we received it along with their own VALID government issued photo I.D. when they pick them up at will call. *Please note: For the security of the cardholder, ticket transfers will NOT be verified with anyone except the cardholder & will NOT be verified over the phone. That means it is the cardholders responsibility to provide a copy of either the transfer request letter or the confirmation email that it was received.

TICKET CONFIRMATION:

IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED TICKETS OR PASSES ONLINE AND NEED A COPY OF THE CONFIRMATION SIMPLY LOG IN HERE with your email address & password that you used when you initially purchased your tickets or passes.

OTHER INFORMATION:

All ticket sales are final, including online sales. There are no refunds, even if you are unable to attend an event. You agree to these terms during the checkout process. If for any reason any of our events experiences a date change or is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

ALL events are 21 and over with NO re entry

To claim will call you must BE THE CARD HOLDER, present a valid government issued photo ID, the card that was used to make the purchase. The tickets will ONLY be released to the person who made the purchase online unless prior arrangements have been made through our offices (ticket transfer). Absolutely NO exceptions can or will be made to this rule.
